Edit a photo in your browser

Crop, adjust, add text, emoji, blur and frames on one picture, with undo. Your photo stays on your device.

Drop an image, or click to choose

JPG, PNG or WebP. It stays on your device.

How it works

  1. Choose a photo. It opens on your device, upright even if your phone saved it sideways.
  2. Pick a tool and edit. The preview redraws as you drag each slider or move each piece of text, and every change can be undone.
  3. Choose how to save it, then download. The final size in pixels and kilobytes shows under the preview before you download.

Everything in one place

Most photo jobs need more than one step: crop it, brighten it, add a caption, shrink it for an upload form. Here every step works on the same picture, so you do not save and reopen a file between tools and lose quality each time it is re-saved.

ToolWhat it does
AdjustExposure, brightness, contrast, saturation and warmth, each on its own slider.
FiltersMono, Noir, Sepia, Fade, Vivid, Warm and Cool, previewed on your own photo.
CropDrag a box, or tap a ratio such as 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9.
Rotate & sizeQuarter turns, mirror flips, a percentage, or a social platform's size.
TextSeveral lines, three typefaces, any colour, an outline, drag to place and turn.
EmojiSearch the stickers, tap to add, then move, scale and turn them.
BlurThe whole picture, a box you drag, or a brush, for hiding faces and details.
GradientLinear or radial colour washes with your own colours, strength and blend.
FrameA border, an instant-photo frame, or rounded corners.
Save asJPG, PNG or WebP, by quality or to fit under a file size such as 200 KB.

Every edit stays changeable

The editor never paints over your original. It keeps a list of your edits and redraws the picture from the original each time, so you can go back to the brightness slider after adding text, move a caption after cropping, or turn a filter off at the end. Undo and redo step through the list (Ctrl or Cmd + Z, and Shift for redo), and one drag of a slider counts as one step. Reset edits clears every edit in one go, and that can be undone too.

Text, stickers and blur marks are placed relative to the picture, so resizing the saved image keeps them in proportion. Rotating carries a crop box with the photo.

It runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded

All editing happens on your device with the browser's own canvas. The photo is not sent to a server, which matters for family pictures, IDs and anything you blur before sharing. Saving re-encodes the image, which also drops most hidden metadata such as camera details and GPS location.

Tips

  • Crop first, then adjust: the light and colour sliders then work only on what you keep.
  • Text on a busy photo reads better with Outline on, or with the Dark base gradient behind it.
  • For an upload limit, choose Save by file size and tap the limit, for example 200 KB.
  • Keep PNG or WebP when you use rounded corners and want them see-through.

Common questions

Is this photo editor free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark on what you save, and no limit on how many photos you edit.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The editor runs in your browser and the photo never leaves your device.
Can I undo an edit?
Yes. Use the Undo and Redo buttons or Ctrl or Cmd + Z. Every edit can also be changed later, because the picture is redrawn from your original each time.
How do I add text to a photo?
Open Text, tap Add text and type. Drag the text on the picture to move it, and drag its yellow corner to resize and turn it. You can pick the typeface, colour and an outline.
How do I blur part of a photo?
Open Blur and drag a box over the area, or switch to Brush and paint over it. Strength sets how strongly it is blurred. There is also a slider to blur the whole picture.
Why do the emoji look different on another device?
Stickers are drawn with your device's own emoji font, so a photo edited on an iPhone shows Apple's emoji and one edited on Windows shows Microsoft's. Once saved, the picture keeps the emoji you saw.
Can I resize a photo for Instagram or other platforms?
Yes. In Rotate & size, choose a social size. The editor crops to that shape around the centre and scales it to fit, without ever enlarging past your photo's own size.
Can I make the file smaller?
Yes. In Save as, choose File size and tap a limit such as 100 KB or 200 KB. The editor finds the highest quality that fits.
Which formats can I open and save?
You can open JPG, PNG, WebP and most other images your browser can show, and save as JPG, PNG or WebP.
Does it use AI?
No. Every tool is ordinary image processing that runs in the browser, such as colour maths, blurring and drawing text.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Drag with a finger to move text, stickers and the crop box. Very large photos may be slower on older phones.
